Academy: frequently asked questions
No coding background required for any track. The free community, cohort, and AI enablement track are designed for non-technical founders and operators. Comfort with ChatGPT and basic web tools is enough. The 1:1 advisory adapts to whatever level you bring, first-time builder or technical founder shipping production agents.
One-to-one advisory (USD $1,500 to $3,500 a month) is fortnightly 60-minute strategy calls plus async review of what you build, on your timeline. The cohort is a structured 12-week program with a fixed start date, a maximum of 8 founders, weekly group calls and 1:1 office hours.
The cohort runs 12 weeks with a maximum of 8 founders per intake. Each week includes a 90-minute structured group call, 1:1 office hours with Ryan, and an async build block. The next cohort is filled from the waitlist in order of sign-up.

Academy teaches the same CORE, ARC, AER, Grow method that Ryan installs as Chief Agent Officer, not a generic AI literacy curriculum. Cohorts stay under eight people. Mentors are ICF-accredited. The output is a live agent system in your business, not a certificate.
