Chief Agent Officer
The Chief AI Officer role, built around agents.
Ryan Ahamer joins your business as its Chief Agent Officer: he maps your workflows, builds the AI agents that run them, and stays accountable for the result in production. One role, four ways to bring it in, from a day a month to a permanent seat.
Every engagement starts with a two-week CORE Assessment, USD $1,500. Working with businesses across the Asia-Pacific.
What a Chief Agent Officer does in your business
The same four layers every time. The cadence changes with the shape you choose; the sequence does not.
Weeks 1 to 2
Calibrate (CORE)
Map every workflow. Sit with the people who run them. Rank where an agent removes the most hours or the most risk. You get a written Calibration Report, yours to keep.
Weeks 3 to 4
Knowledge (ARC)
Put your services, voice, policies and prices into one structured knowledge base that every agent reads from. No agent guesses.
Month 2 onward
Agents (AER)
Build the first agents in production: acquire, engage, retain, plus the back-office runs that eat your week. Guardrails and a human in the loop from day one.
Ongoing
Visibility (Grow)
A dashboard showing what each agent did, decided and produced, with an audit trail back to the knowledge it used. You see the work itself.

Who this is for
- Businesses with 10 to 200 staff where the owner is the bottleneck for every AI decision.
- Firms in regulated professions where agents have to handle personal information properly from the first day. In Australia that includes the professions brought under the AML/CTF reforms on 1 July 2026: accountants, lawyers, conveyancers and real estate agents.
- Companies working between English-speaking markets, Japan and Korea, where the agents need to work in three languages.
- Founders who have run a pilot and now want someone accountable for production.

Guardrails, not guesswork
Every agent runs with a human in the loop until its error rate is measured, an audit trail back to the knowledge it used, and a kill switch. Personal information is handled under the Australian Privacy Principles even where the law does not require a small business to. The AML/CTF-covered professions need it done that way, and it costs nothing extra to do it for everyone.
Orbweva carries Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance through DUAL Australia. An incident-response process is written before the first agent goes live, so if something breaks at 2am the plan already says who does what.

Questions businesses ask before hiring a Chief Agent Officer
A Chief Agent Officer is the person in a business who owns its AI agents end to end: which workflows they take on, how they are built, the guardrails they run under, and the results they produce. It is the Chief AI Officer role rebuilt around agents rather than strategy decks.
A consultant recommends. A Chief Agent Officer builds, runs and stays accountable for the agents in production. You get a named cadence, a dashboard showing what the agents did, and someone to call when one misbehaves.
You need the function, not necessarily the headcount. A day or a few days a month is the governance-and-direction shape for a business that size. If the agents start carrying real work, the shape grows with them; the permanent seat is the fourth shape, not a separate hire.
Prices are in USD. A day a month is $2,000. Two days a month is $3,800 and four days is $7,000. Embedded for a season is $14,000 a month with a three-month minimum. A permanent seat is salaried. Every shape starts with the two-week CORE Assessment at $1,500. GST is added for Australian clients.
Yes. Ryan is based in Adelaide and works remotely with businesses across the Asia-Pacific, with on-site blocks by arrangement. Australian Central time overlaps every Australian capital and most of the Japanese and Korean working day; other time zones are scheduled by arrangement.
Claude, OpenAI and Gemini models depending on the task. Claude Code and n8n for the agent runtime and orchestration. Supabase and Vercel for the platform layer. The choice is made per workflow and written into your knowledge base, so model choice does not depend on one vendor.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, whether or not your business is currently covered by the Privacy Act. Data stays in your accounts, access is logged, and agents are given the minimum they need. For firms covered by the AML/CTF reforms, the agent design starts from those obligations.
Everything stays with you: the knowledge base, the agents, the dashboard, the documentation. Handover is part of every shape, and the CORE report is yours from week two.
