All three are available, negotiated per engagement. Most partners earn a transparent referral fee on the CORE Assessment plus an ongoing service margin on the monthly retainer. White-label arrangements include a higher margin in exchange for fronting the client relationship. Term sheet drafted at the partnership scoping call.

Yes. White-label arrangements are common β€” the ARC knowledge base, agent configs, content, and Grow dashboard can all be delivered under your brand. Higher margin compensates for the brand-equity transfer. Co-branded is also an option if you want both names on the deliverable.

Negotiable. We've granted vertical exclusivity (e.g., 'no competing AI delivery for SaaS coaches in this region') and geographic exclusivity in defined markets. Exclusivity comes with a minimum-commitment clause β€” usually a quarterly engagement floor β€” so we're not blocking the territory without revenue offsetting it.
