ARC (Adaptive Resource Center) is the knowledge base that powers all your AER agents. It contains your services, pricing, policies, FAQs, and brand voice — structured so AI can search and respond accurately. Think of it as your business brain. When a customer asks "How much do you charge?", your agent searches ARC and gives the correct answer. Every time.

ChatGPT is a general assistant — you prompt it, it responds. AER agents are autonomous systems trained specifically on your business, running 24/7 without your input. The difference: ChatGPT requires you. AER works for you.

We specialize in B2B service businesses: consultants, agencies, professional services, coaches, SaaS companies. If you sell expertise or services (not products), AER is designed for you. We've worked with marketing agencies, executive coaches, IT consultants, and more.

No. We handle all the technical work. You'll have a simple dashboard to review content and monitor results. If you can check email, you can manage AER.

Pricing

Our pricing starts at $2,500 setup + $500/month for a single sub-agent. Full pillar deployments (all 3 sub-agents) range from $5,000-$7,500 setup + $1,250/month. The Full Stack option (all 9 sub-agents) is $12,000-$18,000 setup + $2,500/month. We quote exact pricing after learning about your business.

Each system is custom-built for your business. Setup covers AI training on your specific services, voice, and audience. Integration with your existing tools. Content creation and testing. Initial ARC knowledge base population. This isn't a template — it's built specifically for you.

Monthly retainer begins when your system goes live. If setup takes longer than promised (our fault), no monthly fees until we deliver.

No. After the initial setup, everything is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

You keep everything we've built — landing pages, content, AI training, all of it. It's yours. We'll even help you transition to manage it yourself or another provider.

Retain handles customer support 24/7. Responder answers customer questions instantly via chat widget, trained on your services, pricing, and FAQs. Escalator recognizes complex issues and routes them to you with full context. Booker schedules appointments automatically with calendar integration.

Two safeguards prevent this: ARC Knowledge Base ensures your agents only answer from verified information — they don't make things up. Escalator Sub-Agent routes uncertain queries to you with full context. We also review conversation logs monthly and add new FAQs to ARC.

Within each sub-agent's domain, yes. For example: Prospector can adjust ICP criteria, search frequency, output format. Writer can change content types, tone, posting frequency. Responder can add custom FAQs, adjust escalation triggers. For capabilities outside the sub-agent's scope, you'd add another sub-agent.

No. We train each AI specifically on your voice, style, and expertise. Content and responses sound like you because they're trained on you. During setup, we analyze your existing content to capture your unique voice.

Grow™

Grow™ is the visibility layer of the ORBWEVA stack. While AER handles automation (Acquire, Engage, Retain) and ARC provides the knowledge base, Grow™ shows you what's working. It's your real-time dashboard for monitoring all AER performance in one place.

The dashboard displays key metrics across all your AER automations: lead flow and conversion rates from Acquire, content performance and engagement from Engage, support response times and resolution rates from Retain. You'll see weekly trends, traffic sources, and workflow status — all updated in real-time.

No. Grow™ is designed specifically to visualize AER automations. Without AER agents running, there's nothing to display. Think of it this way: AER is the engine, Grow™ is the dashboard showing how the engine performs.

Professional includes the Grow™ Dashboard — full visibility into your AER metrics. Full Stack adds AI Advisor (proactive recommendations based on your data) and Telegram alerts (instant notifications for important events like new leads or support escalations). Full Stack turns Grow™ from a monitoring tool into an active command center.

Setup

Depends on what you're deploying. Single sub-agent (e.g., Responder) takes 7 days. Full pillar (e.g., entire Acquire system) takes 14-21 days. Full Stack (all 9 sub-agents) takes 30-45 days. We'll give you exact timelines after your discovery call.

Typically: Access to accounts (social media, website, CRM). 1-2 hours for onboarding calls. Existing content (website copy, past emails, marketing materials). Your ideal customer profile description. We handle everything else.

That's fine. We'll create it during setup. We'll interview you about your business, services, and expertise, then build your ARC knowledge base from scratch. This adds 1-2 weeks to setup but ensures quality.

All retainer tiers include system monitoring (we watch for issues), performance optimization, ARC updates as your business evolves, bug fixes and maintenance, and email support with 24-hour response time. Higher tiers add more proactive optimization and faster support.

Optimization changes are included in your retainer: tweaking lead scoring criteria, adjusting email sequences, adding new FAQs to ARC, changing posting schedule. New scope requires additional investment: adding new sub-agents, connecting new tools/platforms, major pivots in strategy. We'll always quote before doing extra work.

Yes. We provide training during setup and documentation for ongoing management. Many clients prefer to let us handle it, but you can take over whenever you want. The systems are yours.

Great problem to have! We can scale with you (add more sub-agents, increase capacity) or help you transition to in-house teams. We'll even train your staff on the systems we built.

We offer guarantees instead of refunds. Lead Generation: 10 qualified contacts in 30 days or setup fee back. Content: System live in 30 days or setup fee back. Support: Chat widget live in 7 days or setup fee back. Once you're past the guarantee period, monthly retainers are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime.
