Month 2 onward
AER Acquire. Engage. Retain.
The agents that acquire, engage and retain customers, built one workflow at a time by your Chief Agent Officer.
We call it AER, like air. Always there, always working.
Three kinds of agent
Each takes a customer-facing workflow off the owner's desk. Together they cover the customer lifecycle.
AER turns the CORE report into pipeline, visibility and retention, one agent at a time.
How It Works Together
The three kinds of agent form one cycle: find customers, keep them engaged, and keep them.
Acquire
Finds and qualifies leads matching your ideal customer profile
Engage
Content in your voice keeps the business visible
Retain
Support from ARC answers quickly and escalates what it should
How the agents are run
One workflow at a time
The first agent goes into production from month two. Each further agent follows once the one before it has a measured error rate.
Human in the loop
Every agent runs with a person reading it until its error rate is measured, keeps an audit trail back to ARC, and has a kill switch.
Visible on the dashboard
What each agent did, decided and produced, what failed and what it cost, on the Grow dashboard every month.
Part of the method
Automation
“It does the work”
Knowledge
“It knows my business”
Visibility
“I see everything”
AER is the agent layer. ARC gives it the knowledge. Grow shows the result.
AER: frequently asked questions
Acquire finds and qualifies leads that match your ideal customer and hands warm conversations to a person. Engage drafts and schedules content in your voice from ARC, reviewed by you until its error rate is measured. Retain answers customer questions from ARC and escalates anything uncertain to a person with full context. Each is its own agent reading from the same knowledge base.
The first agents go into production from month two, after CORE (weeks 1 to 2) and ARC (weeks 3 to 4). Each agent runs with a human in the loop until its error rate is measured, then reports through the Grow dashboard.
Standard integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce (CRM), Brevo, Mailchimp and ConvertKit (email), Google Calendar, Calendly and Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe and Xero (billing), and Slack and Discord (notifications). Anything else gets a custom connector, scoped during CORE and quoted before work starts.
A 'lead' is a qualified prospect who matches your ICP filters and has confirmed intent (booked a call, started a trial, or asked a buying question). 'Engagement' is content reach + interaction rate per platform, plus retention metrics for the support agent. All metrics live on your Grow dashboard, real-time, with month-over-month deltas.
All three, in order. ARC is the knowledge base every agent reads from. AER is the agents doing the work. Grow is the dashboard showing what each agent did, decided and produced. They are three layers of one engagement, not three products.
