The AI-era operating system
ORBWEVA OS
A methodology-driven operating system for founder-led businesses up to ~$50M ARR. AER ships go-to-market execution today; the OS is heading toward Finance, People, Product, and Strategic ops.
After one full cycle, you have a documented operating system you can hand to a VA, a junior hire, or another founder — and they can run it.
Read the spec →What's in the OS
Four components in dependency order, plus a self-serve entry point. CORE configures ARC. ARC grounds AER. AER produces signals for Grow.
CORE
The methodology
Strategic calibration. Always first. Maps competitive landscape, operations, revenue model, and growth expectations into a written blueprint.
- →2-week diagnostic, 2-3 working sessions
- →Written Calibration Report — yours to keep
- →Required first step for every Done-For-You engagement
ARC
The knowledge layer
The structured database your AI agents read from. Services, pricing, brand voice, policies — one source of truth.
- →Six entry types — COM, SVC, BEN, VOI, TMP, PRC
- →Single source of truth for every agent
- →Read-only API connections to Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce
AER
The execution layer (GTM today)
Three live AI systems doing Acquire, Engage, Retain — reading from ARC, writing to Grow. First executable surface; more on the roadmap.
- →Live in 30 days from CORE kick-off
- →$500 to $7,500/month, month-to-month
- →Three agents working in concert, on autopilot
Grow
The visibility layer
The real-time dashboard showing what your agents did, decided, and produced.
- →KPIs, agent decisions, content output, customer health
- →Per-response audit trail back to ARC entries
- →One dashboard, zero context switching
Three surface tiers
Same OS, three commercial tiers. Each includes a different subset of components.
Labs
Try one capability before committing to the full OS. Pay-per-use credits — photo enhancement, image-to-video, lead generation, more. No CORE Assessment required.
For founders who want to see one thing work before buying the system.
Browse LabsAcademy
Learn to run the OS yourself. Free community, ICF-certified 1:1 advisory, or cohort program — same methodology, taught by the people who built it.
For founders who want to own the capability end-to-end.
Explore AcademySolutions (managed)
Done-For-You. We run the full OS against your CORE Calibration Document. Live in 30 days, month-to-month after that.
For founders and ops leaders who want the result, not the build.
See AER pricingWhy an operating system, not a tool
Tools come and go. An operating system is what survives the model change.
Forkable + portable
The OS is your documented playbook plus its data. Built to outlast any single vendor, model, or integration.
Methodology-first
CORE drives every downstream decision. We don't sell tooling looking for a job — we calibrate first, then build the smallest system that works.
Built for solo + micro-teams
Designed for 1-5 person teams. No dedicated ops hire required. No coach. No consulting retainer if you don't want one.
Cross-border ready
Trilingual (EN/JA/KO). Voice-aware ARC schemas. Built by an Australia-based team that's shipped GTM for clients in Japan and Korea.
What ORBWEVA OS deliberately isn't
Knowing what it isn't is as important as knowing what it is.
Not a CRM
HubSpot and Salesforce already won. ARC integrates read-only with them.
Not a no-code platform
Zapier and n8n already won. We use n8n internally; we don't sell it.
Not a course
Academy is a delivery mechanism for the OS, not the product.
Not coaching
Coaching firms own that lane. We build the system the founder operates.
Not for businesses above ~$50M ARR
Above that, the OS needs team-scoped ARC, per-department Grow, formal RBAC, audit trails. Different product, different sales motion.
Where this is heading
AER ships go-to-market execution today. ORBWEVA OS is heading toward executable surfaces for the rest of the business operating layer. Direction, not delivery — no committed timelines.
On the roadmap
Finance ops
Invoicing, MRR/ARR tracking, contribution analysis, forecasting, runway alerts — agent-driven, ARC-grounded, Grow-visible.
On the roadmap
People ops
Recruiting pipeline, onboarding automation, performance-review prep, comp-review intelligence.
On the roadmap
Product ops
Roadmap synthesis, release-note generation, changelog → marketing copy, customer-feedback routing.
On the roadmap
Strategic ops
OKR drafting + tracking, quarterly planning prep, board-report assembly, competitive-intel synthesis.
Same kernel (CORE). Same knowledge layer (ARC). Same operator interface (Grow). New userspace surfaces over time. Architectural invariants preserved; trademark-clean naming retained for ship-time.
FAQ
The Solutions pages describe each component in detail (AER, ARC, Grow, CORE). This page describes how they work together as one operating system. Same product, different lens.
No. CORE is required as the first step for any Done-For-You engagement, but everything else is modular. Some clients run only ARC + Grow internally and skip AER entirely.
The methodology (CORE prompts, ARC schemas, AER playbooks) is documented and shared with every client and Academy participant. The tooling that runs it is proprietary and operated by us.
You do. Everything in your ARC instance, every Grow dashboard config, every CORE artifact is yours. If you ever leave, we hand it over — readable by a VA, a junior hire, or another founder.
Because that's what it is. It's not a tool, a single agent, or a course. It's the methodology, the knowledge layer, the execution layer, and the visibility layer — assembled into one system you operate against.
Start with CORE
Every engagement starts with a 2-week strategic calibration. $1,500. Written report. Yours to keep, whether you continue or not.
